I don't why people set the alarms to such sensitive levels. I set off the same alarm twice in one day. There was a Chevrolet Silverado parked in the row behind me. When I started the car, I heard the alarm chirp and when I backed up, the alarm went off. Later on that day, I had to go back so I parked in the same spot and the truck was also parked in the same spot, the owner must have worked in the one of the buildings. Anyway same story with the alarm. This is not in garage, but outside.

I just ordered some stingers and I'm pairing those with a bbk o/r x. Will this set up set them off?

my old 1999 nissan maxima set off more alarms than either of my mustangs. thats because the maxima had an offroad pipe and catback. My mustang still has the catalytic converters, the sound the maxima emitted was ridic especially in garages. loud deep and smooth.

I get that warning chirp all the time. On my other Mustang I had Flowmasters that would set off alarms regularly. Rev it down a side street and I'd leave a trail of flashing headlights and noise.

I never do this anymore though.

Never.

My 96 Ranger 4.0 did this outside under normal driving with a deep throaty note.
