Default Is this a fair trade?

Just trying to see what some mebers not involved in the deal think.

fair is a relatve term, so as long as you both need the other part and are comfortable with what you are getting, then go for it!

Isn't the tuner worth more money?

There's more value in the tuner I think, so if you're getting that I think it's a good deal

well truth be told, the guy who shall remain unamed, thinks his shifter he has opened, but not installed, is worth $420 with his accessories. I linked him a brand new sealed one on ebay for 240, but he thinks I should be giving him a extra $100 for it. i just wanted to make sure I wasnt out of my mind when I was telling him I thought it was pretty fair, or he was getting a little beter a deal then I. From the sound of it I was right and all here agreed.

There are other short shifters I would rather have...

I would say no, don't do it.

I dont intend on doing it unless its a dead even trade. I do like that shifter, the Pro 5.0, and the Hurst in billet only. The reason I like those is they have much thicker support arms then the cheaper ones, and decent bushings on em. But still, I'm with as others said here. There about the same or my tuner is worth a little more.
