I am running Toyo Proxe 4's, 255/35/20 up front & 295/30/20 out back. The overall diameter for the fronts are 27.1" and the rears are 26.94".

That setup does look good! I've emailed the seller to make the change to Toyo Proxes 4 in 245/35 and 295/30. The cost is $580 before tax and shipping for the set. Gotta wait til Monday to hear back from them on the change. I think it'll be ok though. Thanks to MELLOWYELLOW06 and nite for making me come to a final decision on tires and thanks to everyone else for your inputs/thoughts! I can't wait to get my wheels & tires and have them installed! If everything goes well then I could be rolling on 20's next weekend.

NOTE: I'll probably sell my 18" polished Ford Racing bullitts with tires(235/50-18). Treads are still good too.

Aren't they sick? The Cadwells are new for 2009. That's why I haven't been able to find any pictures of stangs running them. I'll probably be the only one on here with these.

By the way, are you lowered? I didn't think 45's would fit without rubbing somewhat.

Hey Calspec,
Very nice choice on the rims/wheels, they look sick! I was just wondering what you are going to do (power wise) when you get the 20's put on? As in gears or whatever to compensate for the additional weight/rotational mass? Or do you think it will even be that big of a difference? Sorry, I just plan on running 20's on my stang(when I find one that is) and just wondering what what I have to do to get it back to it's normal power. Thanks bro, and good luck on getting your order switched to the 45's and can't wait to see it!

Cheers,

p.s. btw do you have a intake/tune?

CalSpec-
I just ordered a set of 20s from cruizinconcepts and I'm looking for tires. Where are you getting the $580 set from? That's a great price! BTW, those rims are gonna look great on you car.

Thanks! Right now my engine is stock and I'm ok with it so an intake/tune was never a priority for me. Once I put on the 20's, it may be a different story though. Depending on how much performance I lose I may decide to get an intake/tune pronto. Another plus on the tune is finally being able to turn off my darn check engine light because of the O/R pipes.

I got them at Onlinetires.com. I've shopped around online for weeks and they have the best prices I've seen.
