How to clean throttle body ?

so if I'm reading this correctly you put your stock airbox back on to take your car in for service. After the service you tried to reinstall you CAI and thats when your problems started? May seem obvious (or maybe I just misread your post), but did you:
1. reflash to put the tune for C&L back on
2. check to make sure the dealer didn't change your strategy code while they had it in for service?

Thats correct!
I did retune and checked the strategy code, they are ok. While car was in service i cleaned the Filter that comes with C6L i followed correctly instructions and didnt oil to much.
I sent an email and i was told that it could be oil on the MAF Sensor or maybe on the Throttle Body.
My question is why im having this issue only with the C&L and not with the stock box.
