Side Door Scoop Question

Also, just to let you know you "Don't" have to drill holes and put those plastic pins in if you don't want too. The 3M tape will hold it on with out any issues. Just make sure you clean the area well and degrease it and remove any wax before sticking it down.

I would also recommend you find a car or photos of one that is the same color as yours before making the investment. I picked up a set on fleabay real cheap, but after seeing them on an Alloy GT500 ragtop, I opted to not go forward with the install as they just did not flow well with my color. I think they look great on some of the lighter color cars (like white or silver), but IMO look out of place on darker cars.
I think there is a set for sale right now in the classifieds.

i know the poster below the above post says he likes his scoops on vista blue, but i had scoops on my vista blue gt and didn't like them at all. certainly it's a matter of opinion, but it's true that sometimes the color does matter when it comes to exterior aesthetic enhancements.

I go back and forth on them. I haven't seen many cars around here with them, but I think the car looks a little plain without them, I don't like the profile lines without them.
It would be a lot easier to decide if they were functional!
