Default Need pics of hood pins on GTS(or 3) hood

I dont even know the different between the GTS and the GTS 3 hood but... i need closeup pics of hood pins on that hood because i installed mine and they do not seem to be fitting close enough to the hood because of the slope on the hood. But Im not sure if its even supposed to be that close. Im a noob to hood pins... Thanks

yeah you might just need to bend the locking pins. learned how to do mine from tombstang. not too hard to do and makes it work.

Ill post the pictures on friday or saturday when i get the car back... i didnt use shelby pins... its looking like its going to be a requirement almost. because on mine the part that u screw in the hood is flat, and doesnt come up like the shelby ones... I might be able to get it on there better but i dont know. i dont want it to look ghetto.

Also, my kit didnt come with the wire that connects to the pins and holds them in so they hang when u take them out... what should i use?
Here are the pics i have, its not completed though. so i would say dont really base it off of this, especially since we didnt screw the metal circle into the hood yet until its painted. http://s214.photobucket.com/albums/c...eforeandafter/
Thanks!
