I'm a race car driver, drilled and slotted rotors work worse than normal rotors. The drilling is designed to reduce weight not increase performance. There are ways to dimple the rotor (not drill) that increase performance but these are only used on race cars I'm not 100% familiar with that race dimpling technique either so there is probably a lot to it.

The best you can hope for with a drilled rotor is that it won't be terrible because it won't work better than normal. ALL normal drilled and coated rotors are just factory rotors that have been drilled because it takes a thousands of hours of testing to match a specifically developed rotor to an existing caliper.

Good Luck.

From what I have seen on mustangforums is that the consensus is that slotted only but not drilled. and some have said that the Gt oe rotors are more than capable at the track with a good set of pads . if more is wanted then add some brake cooling ducts to the setup.a really good brake fluid keeps the boil away and stainless braided lines add consistent response in the pedal.

I want slotted rotors ,cooling ducts ,better brake pads, braided lines and a really good race fluid.

For looks, rotorpros are fine, check on ebay.
I was lazy and used mine on the road course, the fronts did crack. They warrantied them no problem, so as far as a warranty being non existent, I beg to differ.

Just don't buy them thinking they will be an upgrade in braking performance, you will be sadly mistaking.

You have a warranty!!!! OMGish Bejesus I think I have been had....J/k I believe the purpose was the drilled holes are for cooling rather than weight which I dont see that taking alot of weight off anyhow....as the holes allow for more a surface to cool and as the slots or cuts were there to help shave the pad of the "glazed" pad that comes from high speed braking kinda keeps them rough...I belive that is the point behind them if im not wrong....:/
