Default What should I do? (Carbon Fiber Int.)

Hey everyone!

Just purchased the carbon fiber interior dash kit from ebay and came across this on Modded Mustangs...

Its from American Hydro Carbon and its not that expensive.

Has anyone dealt with them before?

Is this good stuff?

Should I just keep the kit I have or sell it and send in my parts?

i would go with the modded mustangs, i think their a sponsor on here. i remember a thread they made about these items. the ebay stuff is just overlays i believe, modded is painted on. try to ask for a refund from ebay and purchase from modded.

Would be nice to have an actual carbon fiber console.

Here's the center console in carbon fiber...

http://www.stangmods.com/Carbon-Fibe...le-p/00863.htm

They also have the dash as well as mirrors.

Personally I don't see the point of buying carbon fiber parts for the interior because your not going to save much weight.

I say if you want carbon fiber inside then do the American Hydrocarbon. It's cheaper and looks just as good. I've looked at maybe getting some stuff done. They can do anything pretty much and in colors too.

My vote goes to getting rid of that ebay kit and doing the hydrocarbon...it'll look 10 times better.

That American Hydro Carbon looks pretty bad ***! And it's cheap to do for the full interior.

I think the console on stangmods looks a million times better than the hydrocarbon one... something about that one seems a little off...
