Did you use carb/brake cleaner? Because I heard those remove some sort of coating that's suposed to stay on the TB.

I used throttle body cleaner and had no problems.

Also check for leaks in your CAI.

Maybe try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes so the PCM can relearn the idle?

tb cleaner is fine to use,but you cannot move the blade by hand! You have to turn the key on and have someone hold the gas pedal down and then clean it!There is away to reset it but i'm not sure you can do it without a scan tool!

I just want to clarify, what cleaner did you use? Also, If you did screw up the TB you can get another one from the savage yard. Not sure how much, but I know its there.

Would you use throttle body cleaner on a carburetor?

NO!

Then why the hell would you use carburetor cleaner on a throttle body?

Because it's the same thing relabeled???? Hmm that could be why!! When I cleaned my TB I held the blades open by hand with a screwdriver wrapped in a rag, I had NO problems. Not sure why yours is sticking.. and the whole coating on the TB is a myth BTW
