Hey can you tell me how you did the clean of the TB ?
Im about to clean it this weekend.....
Anybody can help here i dont want to cause problems after cleaning my TB.
tb cleaner is fine to use,but you cannot move the blade by hand! You have to turn the key on and have someone hold the gas pedal down and then clean it!There is away to reset it but i'm not sure you can do it without a scan tool!

I just want to clarify, what cleaner did you use? Also, If you did screw up the TB you can get another one from the savage yard. Not sure how much, but I know its there.

It was carb cleaner!
But it doesnt snap back all the way i can see where it is still open a lil bit?
Because it's the same thing relabeled???? Hmm that could be why!! When I cleaned my TB I held the blades open by hand with a screwdriver wrapped in a rag, I had NO problems. Not sure why yours is sticking.. and the whole coating on the TB is a myth BTW
