BamaChips didn't send Intake with the Tune?
 

I ordered a JLT CAI with a Red Tube and a Xcal 3 with BamaTunes a little bit ago... at the 2 week mark he said he ran out of Xcal's so he had to wait to get one so he sent it to me finally and when he gave me the tracking# I thought the intake was with it...... but I got it last night and it was only the Tuner... I sent him an e-mail last night and this morning with no response yet... anyone know what might be up?

just give them a call and they will sort it out. I just called to see where my e-mail tune was.

Similar thing happened to me last year. I only received the XCal3 and no intake. I called him, he said he made a mistake, apologized, then overnighted to me. Awesome guy to deal with.

I had a problem with my tune yesterday, I emailed him at 2:30 and I got a response back with my tune by 6:45.

SEMI-GOOD NEWS! I called and spoke to someone... wasn't Doug because he was with a customer but couldn't catch his name cause it was too loud over here... he said that since I got a Colored JLT Intake (Torch Red) that it would have drop shipped from JLT probably the day after meaning it should be at my place when I go home today =) I wanted the tracking# but their internet was down so I just have to hope.... it would be awesome to be able to throw it on before the H pipe so I don't have to worry about any codes.

Hey B, He is getting crushed by a storm right now. Its been raining hard all day and theres alot of power problems from it. All the noise you hear was probley from the storm. Which I hope lets up before I get off work since I have to drive out that way today.
