GTS Headlight Covers/Rear Center Blackout = $90
Steeda Street Wing $300
Paint = $70
Hood Struts = $95

Total so far = $555

Oh yeah, car doesn't arrive until tommorrow. These were the essentials I had to have before I could drive it. Looking for that chaser tail light site again. I swear we need a site like price grabber for all these parts.

I refuse to participate in this poll because it will just **** me off to add up the numbers [:'(]
LOL... come on h-man... you know you want to do it!!!

No..NO. I refuse. Besides, refusing to participate was not one of the choices. And I am trying to **** LIVNBIG off as much as possible. So NO, you can't make me in any way say that I have about $2000 in mods. You can't make me.................ARGH!!! NOW SEE WHAT YOU DID!

$0 on mods...i am doubling monthly payments so i can own it in 2 yrs...then i will consider mods..i find it better to buy the car first then worry about modding it...plus it helps credit rating to pay it off early

I have about $5,500 in mine so far with some form of tune to come. That will wrap up the mods on mine (unless someone comes out with something else I don't have already of course). I paid cash for mine so the "save the mod money and pay it off quicker" was not an issue for me. I am feeling a little dissapointed that in two months I have been able to do pretty much everything I wanted to it. It has been a fun two months and I still love driving it every day. I am on the verge of buying a 1966 Fastback GT with a 289 four barrell and a four speed that needs to be completely restored. I am hoping this will keep me happy until the new Cobra comes out next summer and I can be lucky enough to get to order one of those.

Ack, that's no fun. You want to spend money on mods. Nice Sonic blue car like that is just begging for some mods. Do it! Do it! [sm=badbadbad.gif]

Love the new burnout photo don_w. When I had my 1969 Ford Fairlane with a 351 Cleveland in it and did way more than my share of burnouts my Dad would always tell me "Mr. Goodyear just loves boys like you." I guess I should buy a 100 shares of stock in the company that makes your tires so I can make some profit off your fun.

Thanks... and that would be Nitto... I ought to be buying tires once per year, so go get that stock!

I'm really, REALLY trying to control myself as I suspect I may be getting a tungsten GT vert a year or so down the road. But with this so-called "control" I'm still pushing a grand on mod's [&:]

Reading this thread makes me giddy, I cant believe how cheap parts are for the stang considering the quality of them. Lots of people got the C & L cast aluminum intake w/ the diablo tuner, $650USD on my car would get me a ****ty aluminum intake as thick as a fingernail (oh and if your curious it would probably only gain around 3-5 WHP), tint, and a short shifter
