I need advice on trading my car 06 V6 Premium with interior upgrade, leather. I owed $14,200 on my car. I looking at 09 Alloy Deluxe 5 speed just the basic asking price $28,000, i know this price is BS.

Here's the deal: I'll get $11,000 for trade-in and Invoice price for 09 the car. The dealer told me that the inv is $26,000 w/c is BS too. What do you think of the invoice price. I said $22,000. my payment right now is $340. I told them I can pay $440 for 5 yrs.

Is this a good deal or I still can get lower that this.

Here's the picture of my car. And I told them that I will put the stock back.

After Ford reviled the 2010s in November I was very disappointed with the styling and the engine power. They weren’t what I’d been waiting for so decided to trade in my 07 in on a new 09 before they were all gone. I’d already paid off my 07 about four months earlier getting ready to buy a 2010. The delta between my 07 trade in and the 09 was less than 10K out the door. I determined it was best just to give them my 07 and 10k cash rather than making payments.

In your case it sounds like you are going to carry debt from the sixer forward to the 09 payments. It’s more than just the monthly payment amount; it’s what it will cost you total after five years of payments. With depreciation you’ll be upside down on it in just a few months and what are you going to do if you need to sell it? But I’ve got to say the 09 GT is awesome and I’m sure you’ll love it! Expect you might like the premium better than the deluxe model.

The 09 with the options and color I wanted was hard to find. For sure I like my 09 a lot more than my 07 so it was 10K very well spent. The $625 Microsoft Sync option is way cool and the 09 just feels tighter and faster than my 07.
