Default Chromed "machined factory" wheels??

Hey guys, pardon my senior moment but last week I saw a post on one of the sites that had a place that was trading your stock machine polished wheels for a set of chromed ones.
They charged $500.00, they sent you a set of chrome wheels and you sent back your stock polished ones.

My question is do any of you remember which site it was on?..I've been searching for a long while now but to no avail.

Help an old guy out if you remember seeing it please

You can buy a set of chrome wheels for just a little bit over what they want to charge you. And you get to keep your other wheels.
