That sample picture of the girl where the shoulder belt is almost off the shoulder is not a good one. You can actually adjust the Commutemate so it sits slightly off your neck.

Sweet, I'll look into those they very promising. I wouldn't mind the belt cushion but to me being a bigger guy it becomes more cumbersome. Thanks for all the help guys.
