Its nice and the reason why you never heard of it as it is a dealer's way of adding body parts and some performance changes (they make a 500 too) and jacking up the price on the car... I love the color and many dealers have done this to personalize the S197 and maximize the dollar they get for each one they sell!.... I am sure it is numbered and everything...

Sherrod does Mustang conversions and it's not so much a dealer thing. Dealers can buy these Mustang conversions and resell them just like a Roush or a Saleen although I wouldn't consider Sherrods on the same level as Roush or Saleen. That 300S does look ok though.

EDIT: I think the only thing I'd change is the side skirts. I thought that side skirt is for a side exhaust but it's not. Weird to have that and have rear exit pipes.

Kpaulhus- I do like the GT version better but the V6 is no slouch....not trying to knock anyone's car at all- just want to throw that out there! I respect all stangs but not all stang owners.......(long story)
