Up under the rear parcel deck is the place to mount amps out of the way.

Sorry to bother everyone with this but here are your detail pics of my amp board, drod. didn't feel like uploading them so they could be attached to the pm.
As you can see, it's just an MDF carpet-covered board. It's mounted to the metal upper deck panel and to the floor with metal/wood screws. Not much to it but looks/works great.

Made some progress...I think yall can probably tell which route I chose to take.

I used a piece of wood I had lying around...
