Hmmmm alright this is where I am at...the numbers I would have liked to be a bit higher.

However, I am more concerned about it being safe. I though 390-400 was still in a very safe range?

Should I not investigate any further? I am really just more curious if the tune looks correct as of right now or if I need to get it looked into to ensure there is no problems as of right now.

It's not dangerous, it's just not going to be the best for any one car. These "box" tunes put things into a general area, and is how they can work on just about every car. Your going to be safe, unsafe range is anything north of 475 or so. Your definitely going to spend some cash though, I pay my tuner $45 an hour or so, but typically a dyno tune will run you between $200-$500 easy. I've done so much work with those guys it's a mutual agreement kind of thing

Congrats on the numbers, and the best advice I can personally give you is FIND A QUALITY TUNER!!!!! Someone YOU are comfortable with, research it, and don't jump into anything.

It is a safe range IMO and the tune is very safe IMO and conservative. This is what a canned tune can provide. A dyno tune would just fine tune it further from there. I had a dyno tune done and it cost 500 dollars. Worth every penny if you asked me.

I agree those #'s look good. I'm running 6.5 boost with Roush and I have right at 380RWHP. I am also pushing the limits of my fuel pump says my tuner.

I went back over to Casey at Haney Motorsports, he did the install, and we spent about 4 hours doing runs and data logging with the xcal. Ended up adding 2 degrees of timing to the top and middle and took 2% fuel out. Runs strong and everything is fine. I too was more worried about the driveablility and the safety more so than the numbers. So I think we got everything ironed out
