Installing struts/springs on front.. helper required or not?

Am I going to need a helper to swap out my front struts and springs? I did the rears last night by myself w/o a problem. the only thing I'm worried about is lining that heavy strut/spring assy back up into the perch.

You can do it alone. Its not that heavey.
