hmm.. nice info Riptide, but I think the next thing I am investing in is a clutch, and maybe a flywheel while I am in there.

maybe I missed it, what pulley are you running?
is that the stock intake boot with a steeda cai on the end?

if that is your stock boot, please note as you increase boost above the 4-5psi the boot has collapsed.

looks awesome by the way....yeah the saleen's sometimes can sound a little gravely....mine did as well...the whine was not that loud but you can definitely hear it...

I saw on your video the car had 500+ hp. Are you worried about blowing your engine or are you gonna build it up?

I would seriously rethink that priority, as the can or a breather set up is cheap insurance for such an expensive investment. It's your money though, congrats on the s/c'r!

I see you did it in your garage. How long did the install take and how difficult was it? The saleens look pretty easy to install (other than the front fascia which I assume is the most time consuming). The $5200 of the saleen kit doesn't sound bad if I could install myself and save $1k install fee.
