Welding LCA relo brackets

well, i ordered a set of J&M LCA's and Relo brackets today. i plan on welding them myself, but i've never put in relo brackets before. so my question is where to put the welds, and how much to weld? do i just lay a fat bead all the way arround the contact surfaces? or should i just tack it in a few spots on each side?

some pics of your installs would help a lot.

sorry if this is a dumb question, but i really dont need the rear LCA's falling off at the drag strip.

thanks - Tony

You should weld all of the contact surface. Tacks will break under any kind of pressure and there will be a lot of pressure when you launch at the track.

Just trace the entire outside of the bracket.

The parts should come with instructions. BMR has instructions for both bolt in and weld in.
