You should be able to get pass the inspection as long as there are no 02 sensor codes popping up. Use your tuner to check to see if there are any codes. all they are going to do is plug up to the odb port to check for codes and test your gas cap.

You also need to look for catalyst efficiency codes (P042x and P043x), which I suspect that you already have unless the rear O2 sensors have somehow been turned off. If you have to turn the rear sensors back on, it may come down to whether you can get the OBDII system status to 'ready' and the inspection completed before the converter efficiency codes are set. I don't know if this is possible.
