Default FRPP M-5230-GTA or JBA 40-2627 for $250? worth it?

So I ran into someone with a few sets of M-5230-GTA and JBA 40-2627 mufflers brand new in box and he's selling the set's for $250 each.

I'm going to go down and have a look at them tomorrow, but I wanted to know everyone's opinion first?

Which is the better set for a V6 pony?

Any info would be wonderful, I did a forum search and it seemed like every other post had different opinions..

i saw the $100 set but they're used with no mileage listed and there's a dent in the tip.. so i guess if you dont mind that, then that'd be a good deal too..

Hmm, guess i'll have to make up my mind when i see them tomorrow
