I checked as much as I know last night and couldn't find any loose grounds. I tapped out and took it to my mechanic, I'll keep you all updated when they find the problem.

Alright, I sent the car to my mechanic and he checked everything I did as well, and came to a similar conclusion that it isn't the wiring, sending unit, fuel pump,or the fuel filter. My mechanic wasn't able to source the problem but discovered the fuel pump is all over the place while making turns, pressure goes up and down repeatedly as if it's having a seizure. This occurs at nearly any speed. My mechanic thinks it may be an emissions issue, so now I have to go to Ford after I return the car back to stock. I'll keep the updates coming as this is one spoof of a problem.

Turning fuel issues

New to this forum and new V6 convertible owner. P0463 AFTER HARD TURN. I plan on replacing the fuel pump and sending unit. Did you ever find a fix to this?
