I placed an order last Friday, was told it would ship Monday. Monday came and went . . . called on Tuesday, was told they'd ship that day. They finally did ship on Wednesday (today). btw, thanks to Mellowyellow for helping me out

Nothing takes the place of speaking with someone. Don't stress yourself out over an order when a 10 minute call will usually help ease everything and gives you the opportunity to express your concerns. Besides, sitting and stewing only leads to heart attacks

Now I just refresh the UPS tracking page all day.

One thing I have to learned to ask is if the product your are ordering is in stock. That way shipping your order shouldn't be an issue. I had ordered some pistons from Summit and it took 4 months because they were on back order. If I had asked and they didn't have the pistons in stock I would have gone a different route.Live and learn.
It seems Mike at CC's is a stand up guy and will make things happen.
