ok either 4.10s
or tires if your running oem rears.
and as for shifter... hurst sucks monkey *****, pro 5.0 rules, mgw is a bit quieter then the pro, but the feel from the pro is by far worth the extra NVH

as for my comment on the hurst owned one and swapped for the pro 5.0 after trying that and the MGW,
in my order of preferance,
Pro 5.0
MGW
hurst DEAD LAST
Its ok looking for a bit, then the finish on the ball wears off, then you get a hurst t bar and then the finish wears off that, and then the rattles and notchyness gets to you and yeah.. its a good short shift if you like a light feel and dont mind the rattles
that being said my pro 5.0 rattles but its so so so much more amplified from the hurst.
some swear by there hursts, but its not for me
shifters are a very personal thing, if you can TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT
good luck

ahh.. he needed compensated for his time.. he could have taken it to his body shop and paid someone there to do it.. why not pay yourself if you know what your doing...
4.10s no matter what
actually I haven't broken them in yet so I can't get the full enjoyment out of them but just driving is around town I've noticed a nice boost in performance.

And yeah, leaning toward the 4.10's.
Rule #1 when handling damages regardless of coll,comp,umpd,etc...You do not HAVE to repair the car. Insurance pays the amount they owe to restore the car to pre-loss condition. I chose to live with some minor scratches inside and out and replace the glass on my own to use the money elsewhere. Claiming the same damage again on a 2nd claim or say removing my own stereo that was not stolen and claiming that would be fraud.

Give him a break, have you ever tried to vacuum a broken window? It is a never ending job and just when you think you got it all, there's more. It's not like he is not doing any of the work himself, he is doing it all.
