Brenspeed 87 tune to 93 tune and knocking

I always run a tank of 93 oct on the 87 or 89 tune and then go to the 93 tune on the second tank of 93 oct gas...

It's also possible that the 93 octane you filled up with is really a lower octane. That happened to me on 2 different occasions. I ran the "bad" gas thru without going WOT, refilled with different brand, and things were fine.

yea some gas just sucks like hess my truck and a few other cars i had pinged with that gas it it was stock haha, i dont go there ever

My car engine was knocking with 91 tune and 91 gas too. Seems to happen sometimes with Brenspeed tunes. Just call them and they will send you a new tune with lower timings and it should be fine.
