Default New Tank and still BROKE!!!

Well I finally got my new gas tank installed. I was so excited to fill the tank up. So I start filling it up and what do you know!!! 35 Liters and then CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK.... Just a little over a half a tank. Before it was 1/4 tank and then Click. Maybe if they change it 3 more times I will get the entire 1/1 fill... haha...

Anyways, had to vent.

I just picked up my car last night (June 16th, 05") ... ran the hell out of it driving home from the dealer.

Decided to refill at my regular local gas station. With the hose put in "normal" it would only click. So I turned the hose nozzle counter clockwize 1/4 turn (so it aligned parallel to the ground.) and it work fine even under FULL pull pressure on the handle.

I guess they don't quite have the gas tank filler tube "perfect" yet. However - looking under the car the thing looks pretty puny to me.

Looks like a garden hose from the filler neck to the tank. Fuel nozzle upside down works every time for me.

It's working for me at the 3 o'clock position.
The TSB says it was more of a vapor venting problem.
The new fuel tanks are supposed to have a "revised internal venting system".
Anyone have a before and after photo or specs?

I went on vacation for a week and when I came home and tried to fill my tank it only filled to over barely 1/2. But today I filled it again and if filled up no problem. My car was built May 5th, must already have the tank "fix" or some such. Sucks not to be able to fill a tank all the way.
