okay then ill just keep doing wat i am its like 15-30 miles a day city and 10 miles on the highway

You've probably already been told, but you should change your oil after the first 500 miles as well. Royal Purple FTW :-D

IMO it's the best you can get. A lot of people use it. It's good stuff. I drove like 10k miles on the stuff with 0 problems lol I shouldn't have driven that long, but I get busy and put things off and one thing lead to an other and I ended up going quite a distance on the same oil.

I had a 318/5.2L and modded it pretty extensively. About as difficult to get 400hp out of those engines as our 281/4.6. We have the advantage of MUCH better head design and that's where it's at. It takes a crazy cam and LOTS of head work to generate 400hp out of the 318. I think with this new C&L intake and a few more years of aftermarket we'll be able to generate 400hp (or close to it) n/a out of the 4.6 3V n/a. Believe it... or NOT! lol
