Totally agree. I believe 300 rpms before redline is the approx. point when the TB starts closing.
I based my suggestion on what worked best for my car when it had the stock tune installed.

Hi guys, thanks for all the info.

I have another question now. I dont know if its cause of the weather ( i live in montreal, its around 10celcius right now; 50 feren ) and now my wheels dont spin anymore they do like jumps? i dont know how to explain. in first 2nd gear between 5-6000 rpm they start to like give some knocks or something like that? what is the reason? i have summer tires Falken FK452, is it cause the asphalt is cold?

Sounds like wheel hop you will need to change you lower control arms to get rid of it. I upgraded to the Steeda billet arms look good and no wheel hop at al now.
It is a normal occurrence but can be a little disconcerting when you do it the first time.

I read on forum thats its due to the cold weather. I do not think it could be the lower control arm cause im running all stock ? only 300hp.?

by the way what could i mod on the car to make it faster. i dont know anything much about cars but id go with the best bolt ons possible? i do not want supercharger nor turbo.

You wanna go for a cold air intake with a tune. Look at some of the forum sponsors for deals. You can also look at bama as well. Many members have a tune from them, brenspeed, or vmp.

They are all pretty comparable. It's more important to go with the right guy for your tune. If you really want to do this get a package deal from brenspeed or bamachips. Doug at bama is the guy IMO. He only offers the C&L intake now though. Brenspeed offers the JLT, steeda, C&L in there package deals. The performance of all is roughly the same so look at them and get the one thats the most visually appealing to you or the best deal you can get.

im looking at brenspeed.com, theres quite a big difference between all the combos 550$ to 700$. which one would you suggest?

i beat an 03 M3 when i was bone stock from a dig..... best race I've ever had in my life. Got him by 1/2 car

well my friend just changed his 02 M3 for an 06 S4. Damnit that car is fast for launching. no spin at all i was really impressed. i hope i can atleast race him with the tuner and CAI.
