I know people don't like MMR, but they have a full kit like livernois that is their street rod mod 900 rotating assembly for $1699, and they have an option of a 6 bolt crank that is forged and well enough to hold up to 1200hp? Seems their kit is pretty nice, as well as the ModMax, and livernois.

I'd expect 11k to give you a fully built long block parts and labor.

What about machining cost for block prep? bore, hone, square deck?

I have been thinking about doing this myself in order to up my boost as well. Not sure what company to go with or whether to go new short block or just a rotating assembly.

Other than parts, I am assuming you will need to machine your stock block no matter what?

I think I will go with a simple forged kit instead of stroked or bored.
I also am planning on doing the assembly myself.
$11k is a lot you can almost buy the aluminum saleen 302 long block for that price

MMR is good and their prices are great. I have not had anything done through them but they are very knowledgable and I have yet to see a bad review from them. Lethal performance can also puit together a nice short block for you at a good price. Always cheaper if your willing to do some of the labor.
