Uhm rear sway bar, slightly larger front sway bar, I think that's it. However things like control arms, bushings, tower brace, stuff like that is good to add/upgrade too...

I know they didn't come with a rear sway bar unless you got the Pony Package. Not sure if we also have different dampers, springs, etc. I would assume that we do since there's more weight over the front wheels, but I'm not completely sure.

Rear springs are same on GT and V6; front springs are slightly softer on the V6.
Dampers per appropriate springs, too.

The only other difference as mentioned are the sway bars; most V6s dont come with a rear one, and the front is smaller than the one on the GT.
All the rest of the stuff is the same.

Ya I remember that a member here actually measured the V6 vs. GT front sway bar with a caliper and it turns out they're actually a lot closer than Ford states. I think it was like 31.5X on the V6 and 33.00 on the GT when Ford claims the V6 is 26 and the GT is 33 (those numbers are guesses for the example, but they're close...I think.)

Let me add that the rear brakes are the same between the GT & V6, but the front brakes on the GT are bigger.

Is it just a larger rotor or are the caliper and rotor both different?

The calipers are the same, the mounting bracket is bigger to accomodate the bigger rotor on the front.

And depending upon when your Pony package was done, the front and rear sway bars can be the same size between the Pony package and GT. Someone measured and found that the 2006 Pony package used the same sway bars as the GT that year.
