The ZR1 is slightly heavier than a Coupe. The 1LT (Non Z51 - bigger breaks, tranny coolers, etc) in the case of Coupes are the lightest as they do not have side air bags and other heavier interiors. The same can be said for the 1LZ package in Z06s. A 1LZ Z06 is the lightest Corvette made today.
That being said, the Z06 has stock, OEM carbon fiber front fenders, and a hydro formed aluminum frame. The ZR1 has more carbon fiber than the Z06 (hood, and I believe the roof panel) but it's got the added weight of the Eaton Blower.
Curb Weight of a Z06 - 3162* depends on the year, they seem to be bulking up!

All things considered, it is pretty impressive that a Mustang is within a few hundred pounds!
