As far as the bump steer kit goes, im not sure exactly what that does. Does that make it so when you go over actual bumps it doesnt make the wheel turn or is it just uneven ground?

Lets say I was driving over uneven road and the passenger side of the car was up in the air just a little bit more than the driver side. It would constantly pull to the driver side and then when I hit the brakes the car would turn to whatever side the car is pulling to. I am really not sure what it is...

I've used Wheels of America on numerous occasions for past vehicles...they do excellent work at a reasonable price. If you can live without your wheel for about week, they're the folks to check out.
