got this done a few weeks ago, def seemed to improve shifting, noticed some clunkyness when putting it in drive, especially on the really cold days this past winter
Uhhm...I took mine into a local trans shop and they only changed about 6 quarts...does that mean it's half empty right now?!
Your tranny contains 13 quarts, the shop probably doesnt have the machine to do it. the machine sucks it dry, the pan, bell and torque Converter then re fills it.
It made a Huge difference because my v6 has 68, 000 miles on her and she has never had one (Shame on previous owner)
I noticed that before i had it done, there was a build up of tranny fluid and metal shavings common in auto trans cars (Just minor) and it was making a nasty vibration noise when i taped the throttle.
