dealer screwed me today
i have the ford called "strut mount chuckle". in other words my front suspension is thunking. it's been doing it since i bought it new back in january of 07. i had the tsb 07-18-2 done in december of '07. it was much better but still was there. well this year it is back and much worse. so today i take my car to dealer and show them tsb already done on car but noise is back. they look at car and can't find anything loose or worn. they take another mustang for a ride in lot and it has same thunking noise. they tell me it is normal cause there other car on lot did it. they admitted they hear the noise but cant do anything about it, they tell me to call ford. i call ford and they take down all the info about me going to dealer today, ford calls dealer and dealer tell ford nothing wrong with car cause the other mustang on the lot have the same noise. i told dealer some have the noise and some dont. they know nothing about this, even ford is denile. they treat me like i am lieing. also the car only has 3500 miles on it. i am about ready to sell. i even told ford how much i have spent on fords my life. new '79 f150 4x4, new '85 f150 4x4, new '88 bronco xlt 4x4, new '94 ranger 4x4, new '01 ford supercrew 4x4 and new '07 mustang gt. haha!!!!

ya, i have a noise problem in a wheel since i got in an accident, they looked at it and said it was the brakes, i just got new brakes done on friday and it is still doing it, so idk if im ever gunna get the sqeak fixed, its so ebarrasing... i hate it because my car looks so awsome but then it has this noise that sounds like its gunna fall apart...
