2010 GT/CS will there be one?

Haven't heard anything. I wouldn't be surprised if there was.....but I also wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't. Most of the available options for the 2010's easily cover the little additions/features that came with the GT/CS package. But nothing's been said about a 2010 or future Cali Special. Until there is something mentioned, I wouldn't count on it.

Doesn't look like it. If they were, it would be showing on Ford's 2010 Mustang Models site. Here that is:

It's not there. I've got a GT/CS 2008 though......woohoo!

what exactly is the difference between a regular gt and a cs gt. i had a salesman at the ford dealership say that it was only cosmetic. nothing done to the engine just stripes and graphics and exhaust. i am just wandering because a friend of mine bought one and found out after that it was really just a regular gt and sold it a week later. and just bought a gt and saved money. not trying to flame anything just wondering. thanks!

Here is the description difference from Wikipedia's CS Mustang page:
As a tribute to the 1968 California Special, FORD added a limited production factory GT/California Special in 2007. The GT/CS is based on a Mustang GT with a 4.6 liter engine. The GT/CS option adds 2 tone seats (Dove or Parchment inserts), unique floor mats, side stripes (with GT/CS behind the front wheel RH and LH), side scoops (behind doors), 18" polished aluminum wheels, rolled exhaust tips, faux gas cap (with words "California Special"), lowered front bumper/valance and unique rear bumper. The GT/CS was available as a coupe or convertible, with manual or automatic transmission. The GT/California Special package had an MSRP of $1895.00.

I have one. I knew what I was getting. I would NOT sell mine a week after I bought it thinking that it should have had engine enhancements. If someone wants to buy a Mustang that has an enhanced engine, buy the GT500. Looks are important to me. It's the main reason I bought a Mustang in the first place. I thought the looks of the Mustangs have been pretty bad until 2005 came along.
