just look at the built date on the door jam where the vin number is at.
VIN check boys and gilrs, like Lito said.
The 10th digit of the VIN will give you the year.
A 6 is an 06 etc...
The date on the jamb sticker isn't accurate enough...
A 8/08 for example will be an 90 car.
The sticker under the hood will say "this vehicle comply with the 08 model year" even if the jamb sticker says 10/07.
And of course, the title will state the correct year...
