Exclamation struts leaking? and checkout my rotors lol

I jacked up my car today to touch up on my caliper paint job and noticed that there was some moisture around my struts. It was greasy like wd-40 or cooking oil. Is it ok/normal or is it bad?

also I noticed that the rotors were rather burned lol, I'm gunna guess its from a lill bit of AutoX I did this weekend. I think its time put together some brake cooling ducts, and maybe some powerslots.

I'm curious also! I have the same struts (tokico blues) and have also noticed the oil around the spring base. My struts are only about a year old and I noticed the oil before I lowered it, so lowering it did not create the problem.
