Co winky dinky, I think not. The egg came first and damaged his stang.
Put one finger on one end and
another finger on the other end
and try and crush it. Good luck.
Properly orientated, a common chickens egg
shell is a masterpiece of load holding structure.
7th grade science project, got an A.
At the proper orientation, a chicken egg could quite
possably impart just enough force to cause body
panel flex and the associated paint bond release
causing a chip, Chip.
Back to life, back to reality.....

Chipped paint area is round, and an egg is also round in nature.

Uhhh, go back to science class.
Put one finger on one end and
another finger on the other end
and try and crush it. Good luck.

Some asstards egged my car over spring break. I have 3 spots where the paint is fractured out.
Just got an estimate for fixing it - $2000 to do the rear quarter panel, trunk, bumper, blend it in with the rest of the car, and put a clear on top. Bumper, side lights, stripes, trunk lid, spoiler, sirius antenna, and brake light all have to come off to paint everything properly.
For those that think eggs are soft, have someone throw eggs at your face as hard as they can from 20 feet away. Let us know if they were soft or not.
