I have noticed that my fellow mustang owners really don't care...I have given the wave/nod, but when you do that and just get a weird look in return, you feel like a dork, so I don't do that too often, unless I see a really cherry 05, I smile and wave, they usually just give me the weird look, but oh well, at least I tried? I did have my ego stroked last night, I went to a hot rod gathering to oogle and drool and when I parked my mustang amoung all the mini vans I noticed alot of long looks. What made me smile even more, was that she's only a V6.

Man, I blink my lights at all mustangs that are close by. I have also spoke with ones while driving. I am not a scumbag. I don't always get lights back but I'm just like a motorcycle fan I always pay my respects.

I stopped beside an 03' Cobra at a stop sign last night... The lady in the passanger seat yelled out "NICE CAR" at me and I yelled back "Yours Too!" and we both gave a thuumbs up at each other then took off with a grrrrooowwwlllll.

At a stop light this morning a School Bus stopped next to me... the Lady driving the bus yelled down - Did you have to order those red seats?.. and I yelled back with a smile "YEA"... she said VEEEerrrrryy Nice!.. Made me smile!

These things DO get attention!

I give a thumbs up to any Stang that appears that the owner takes pride. Pulled up alongside a very nice 04 Mach1 yesterday. It sounded awesome and looked really good. I gave him the thumbs up and told him his car sounded awesome. He returned the thumbs up and said "nice car, that blue is nice".
BTW, ponytx that is a very nice looking 05 V6 you've got there!
