those are about 1 inch wider than my 305/35/20, i think they would fit, if not you may have to get out the BFH.

Seems a bit like overkill unless you're running 600+ hp. Unless you need them that wide for the traction, they are only going to slow you down....

There is a couple of things that were done. First you need to send your rims to http://www.weldcraftwheels.com to widen them because those dont come in 12" rears. Then there is a special fix on the rear that Shelby SuperSnake owners are doing to fit big rubber out back to hook up all that power.

Here is the clip from another Shelby forum that might help. A little price but this is how it was done on a SuperSnake so if you have spent 100k already a little more wont hurt I guess:

****"New product for all SuperSnake owners who want to put wider rubber and still want to use the stock SuperSnake wheels...you don't need 11" wheels.... all you need is a stock SS axle cut down 1/2" on both ends. Working with Gateway Classic Mustang and Moser we managed to produce a duplicate SS axle with all the SS upgrades that looks totally stock. The tires fit right up under the opening just like stock! Worked a deal for a discount for the first 25 people who want one.

Price for the replacement axle assy is $1990 plus shipping....I live in St. Louis and frt was only $100.....
Includes all the Motorcraft lubricants/additive(shipped separately)
Ford Racing 3.73 gears
Special price for the first 25 units sold $1890

The 305's don't rub or hit anymore...I wanted the wider rubber but wanted to keep using the special SS wheels...I have no idea what the cost of the new 11" Alcoa's with the proper offset are going to cost but this will probably be cheaper......If you want them to convert your existing axle the savings is $600. I decided to keep my original one for sentimental value. Gateway will even install it for $200 if your in the area. They are going to be in Birmingham if you need them to bring one...I've attached some before and after pictures. Please direct all technical questions to Jason at the provided number... "****

Also take into consideration that the Alcoas in 10" have a rather low offset (37.86mm). If you get a little higher offset as your base on a 10" wheel, like a 45mm offset, you could probably squeeze the 335's.

Here are some pix---
