what makes you think they will give you $12,000 for your trade-in?
Do you have that in writing? If not I would not believe them.

Usually a Ford dealership will offer you over $3000 LESS than low blue book.

I traded in mine and got so little I won't even say how low it was. I was glad to get rid of the lemon GT, but it probably would have been better for me to just fix my car up and sell it private party.

And what's the story with the 7.5 interest rate?
WTF????

You need to get them down to around $22,000 for this car. I personally was offered a small ($10,000) loan and they wanted 6.99%! What a rip off! Really, try to sell your Mustang first, remove any mods, and then give these Ford clowns as much cash down as possible. $350/month for a 2 year old car is going to cause you to wonder if you made the right decision.
I'm still wondering (and partly regretting) if I made the right decision to get my SGT. But at least it has collectors appeal.

Tropical Ford in Orlando was advertising a white GT/CS vert for $ 22,400 about a week ago. Not sure of the year or whether it was new or not though.
