Alright, how's this starting to look?

- Hurst Comp+ Shifter: $189.99
- BMR Panhard Bar: $99 (Worth it to go for the Adjustable one for $135?)
- Ford Racing Lowering Springs: $209.99
- Front Sway bar: Gotta find one, Brenspeed doesn't carry a front sway bar(?)

I drive around some of the old parts of Keller, etc.

EDIT: ehh, I can barely keep my tires on the ground already. I couldn't imagine running with gears on top of it. :P
No sir. How long ago? Southlakes getting crazy with cops,. I cant drive around for 10 mins w/out seeing po-po's posted up everywhere.

You might have seen me at townsquare, but im rarely there lol. (soo 8th grade)

I go to tcc southeast, which is in arlington and fairly close to UTA.

Whats your car look like?

Since the rear ends on S197s aren't centered (1/4 to 3/8 off) no matter what, an adjustable panhard is a must.

I believe FRPP has a sway bar for less than $200...

1) Very nice choice
2) get adjustable, that is the only reason to get one is for adjustability really.
3) FRPP Springs are great (http://www.capaldiracing.com/isell3/...78c87aa6dc90c2) That makes then even better
4) wouldnt even bother really unless you are going on a road course, hell i dont even have one!

Oh, nice find on the springs. $165 is more in the price range I want to pay.

Guess I'll look into the springs and the adjustable panhard bar for suspension. I want to break into 12's this summer. >

How hard is everything to install anyways? I'd imagine the panhard bar just bolts in, but I have never thought about lowering springs and a Hurst.

@ Brwn: I think it was over Spring break around midnight. I was driving side by side with a Blue S197 GT, and cops just kept pulling out onto Southlake blvd. hahaha

I told you there was a sway bar in that price range...
I'm just not as resourceful as Matt.

What are some good front sway bars? $160+ $20 shipping is the cheapest I can find for that.

LOL

EDIT: http://sdtrucksprings.com/index.php?...3&currency=USD
That look alright??

There is a Steeda Front sway for the same price.

I've never heard of Hellwig though...

Default LCA a waste??

FRPP springs go for about $200.
Also, a bigger sway bar up front will help you a lot ($100/150).
I'm surprised by Pascal's opinion on Lower Control Arms. In my opinion I can definitely say they helped with wheel hop. Mine is all gone, and had gotten noticibly worse after I put 4.10's on. LCA's are the only suspension mod I've done to date, and I'm quite happy with them. My next plan is the Ford Racing handling pack, but that's way down the road.

I guess the moral is, it's all opinion. The thing to keep in mind with suspension mods are what I consider acceptable NVH, you may think it's way too much. Or what I think is a tight and firm suspension you will think of as kidney crushing.
