i just wonder if it is worth to do so, because mine 09 GT is auto. and i want to change it to manual..however, after i saw 2010, i just can't decided to keep my 09 or buy the 2010..2010 is way better in my style

in a word NO
you will probably take at least a 25% hit on depreciation
and they will sell it used for close to retail
thats how they pay the bills

If you can sell your self you'll get a better deal. If not you'll be losing to much in the trade to make it worth while. If you can handle the wait hold out till next year prices on '10 will hopefully start to level, and hopefully the 5.0 will come out, and even if you don't want 5.0 in '11 it'll help drive '10 prices down.

If you can hold of, I'd wait for the new 400hp dohc 4v 5.0L motor & 6-speed manual thats rumored to be going into the GT's next year.

And as previously stated, if that motor doesn't end up in the 2011's, you'll save money waiting a year for the 2010.

you will lose your *** on your 2009 if you try and trade it in. Unless you can afford to take a loss on your 09, I'd wait. I have a 2007 that's completely paid off and I went and looked at the 2010's this weekend. Other than the seats, I still like mine better

Assuming the milage is low and the car is well kept, you will loose around $4000-$5000 on trading compared to selling privately. But if this is not an issue for you, I would do it. I've traded in '07 for '10.
