Ok guys i installed a boy racer body kit and cervini ducktail (pics in other thread) but one fender flare is a bit off as well as the spoiler, so i want to remove them and re-install them for a perfect fit. Question is how do i remove the spoiler/fender flare tape off the car and off the pieces themselves?

Here, that's what I tried to explain to you earlier...
I will take better pics of this with the man in action (lol) if I can, to better show how it's done, as these threads come up once in a while.

The easiest way to do it if you have never taken off double sided tape before...is to use fish line where you can get it on both sides of the tape. Or use a bondo spreader. Neither one will scratch or harm the surface of the car or the part. To get the remaining 3M tape off of the car go to a paint supply store and get an eraser wheel. You can use it with a cordless drill, but dont use it on the plastic parts, take a good sharp flat edge razor blade and take your time to cut tape off of those parts. Then get 3M prep pads and use it on the parts then apply new tape. When you apply the tape to the part, cut a little extra tape so you can have a starter strip to peel the backing off of. So that you can position the part BEFORE pulling the tape for a better fit.

Can i purchase the eraser wheel at like lowes? The spoiler and fender flare are polyurethane, its same to use it there right?

no, do not use a eraser wheel on plastic it will melt it.

If you run low rpm it won't... You still have to be careful though, don't push on that wheel, let it do the job.
The main problem is to hold the parts sturdy enough while doing it.
Thar eraser can be purchased at automotive paint stores.

If you're not comfortable with this on plastic, do like bodyman said...
You'll spend more time but you'll get it done.

Would it be ok then to run the eraser wheel on a drill? Should i use it at a certain speed on drill? (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, "drill"). That goo gone would be used after the main tape is off right.

Try the lower speed on the drill, then go up if it's not fast enough...

Finish up with goo gone and rub some glaze to remove the haze from the chemicals.
