Default cruise cont with aftermarket wheel

Someone help me out with this. Im looking to put a Momo Millenium sport on the stang but really want to keep the cruise controls. Is there an aftermarket bracket that can go on before I put the wheel on that the stock wires can hook up to?

Wires connect to your wheels? I should go find mine and plug them in

I'm sorry I'm not really sure what you're asking.

He's replacing the steering wheel with an aftermarket unit from Momo and is trying to figure out how/if he can retain functionality of his cruise control seeing as there won't be any buttons on the new wheel for it.

I'd be more worried about not having airbags and my insurance company screwing me if I had an accident.

That's not a huge worry.

Second point, its funny how the first two people to reply didn't even read the post.

OP, I have no clue man. You may have to come up with your buttons and wiring.

grant made a kit for older cars but they havent made any for the newer cars, i guess because of the airbag issue. I have looked around and havent found anything but it was still worth it to me to change mine out. here is a pic...

If you can come up with the normally open switches and mounting,
I can interface them with the S197s cruise control wiring.

Now getting your SRS Module to be happy sans one
steering wheel Air-Bag will be a huge

Thanks guys. Well the airbag light is already on and the curtain airbags are gone so I dont really care about the airbag at this point. Prob just going to do what you did 06eln for right now. It doesnt seem like its too hard to change the wheel out if I want to put the stocker back on anyway.

i did see some sort of mount during a google search though. It appeared to be a metal mount that went on before the wheel did and it had two red buttons that came out to both the right and left side of the wheel. I guess I was wondering if something like this could be hooked up. I wouldnt even care if I cant speed up or slow it down. Would be nice to just retain the set function.
