Could i bore out my engine to get a higher liter on my V6?

All I had to do was put on some $200 Steeda Springs.. and this is the best handling car I have ever owned. The S197 Mustangs (v6 and GT) do very well in autocross competitions.

Yeah man i've been in those shoes. My last mustang was a v6, I got hit, it got totalled (her fault) needless to say, now i'm rollin in a gt and it is a completely different machine. The suspension is day and night compared to my v6, the brakes are bigger, and the throw you back into your seat factor is much more evident. I payed 13k for my 2006 v6. It had 16k miles and had a complete gt body kit with dual exhaust and all the extras. When it was totalled, I was given a check for 16.5 and I bought a 2007 gt with 14k miles for just over 18k. Don't swap engines, just do the best with what you have, and if thats really not enough, trade up for the gt.

geez three pages of waste. Seriously folks if the guy wants to go down a different path than the easy way. More power to him.
To the OP, displacement is usually gained via two ways, bore and stroke. Stroking will give you more TQ and a larger displacement usually than Bore can. Besides, by boring the motor out, you risk potential damage from the weakening of the piston walls.
You will need to find a different crank shaft, longer piston rods, and maybe even dished pistons to get the most out of a stroking. Whomever said that supersix motors sucks better be able to back that up with some personal experience. I hate peeps that bitch because of what their "friend" experienced or what they made up someone experienced.
Super six is probably the best option.

You must be coming from a Civic previous experience, lol.
You kids need to broaden your horizon about V8s a little a realize that a 300hp GT is rather on the weak side by today's V8's standards...
