Default new eco-tech cars were at milan dragway!!!!!

so when i was at milan yesterday there were 3 ecotech lincoln mks's there lol the best they could pull was 14.3 i think they need to do some serious tuning thats horrible for a Fi 350hp car...yes it was twin turbo...hope the 5.0 yeilds better results oh and btw there was a camera crew there so im guessing they were the testers

I don't think Lincolns are made to be drag cars.

^+1 not only are they heavy but I'm sure those turbo's don't start spooling right away.

i agree lol lincolns arent known to be light but they are still on par weight wise with a s197 and make much more power. i know there are thousands of differences between the two vehicles i was just using it as a reference.... i dk i kinda figured they might be a little faster lol but besides that they were really cool cars, nice styling and it looked kinda mean for a lincoln

Not sure I would call 4300lb on par to our weight, now maybe a bloated Camaro, or Challenger.
But those are fine numbers for an AWD luxury cruiser.

4.3k lbs!!?? Yeah, a 14.3 is awesome for that kind of power in that heavy of a car.

lol ^^^^ nice recovery.

I wouldnt complain about that speed in a luxury car, its prob really smooth delivery of power awell.

it was weird watching them. they look like they would be a really nice car to have and it looked like they had smooth power delivery. Also i didnt think about it before, they could have been workin on the traction control or something because i highly doubt the tester care wat the car runs in the 1/4 mile

I'm sure they're rigged on the conservative side.
I have the feeling that with a little tweaking, you'd get into the 12s.
