My whipple had a checklist from where ever the S/C was bought...whipple goes and gets all the parts for the kit that the customer wants and has a check list for it. To confirm that I saw the Whipple factory and the fac uses a checklist system for each customer and includes a copy for the cust in the box..not sure if Paxton does that

I dont have my gauges installed either (yet) and its been 2 yrs and no issues but I did get it dyno tuned by a trusted tuner.

I think you could install yourself and I think many have on here .....contact mellowyellow06 (Joe) and he can give you some info I am sure.

There is no break in period per say but I would just make sure the tune you get for the S/C is a good one.......does the seller include a tune? Whipple has a procal tool that everyone gets with Whipple's tune on it...mine was changed based off the Whipple tune on the dyno (to rich)

Mine was dyno'ed right after install but tuning was done at the same time

your xcal 3 when sold what tuner are you going to have for the Paxton? does it come with one from the seller? hope this helps

well, im not sure what to do with the tuners. my xcal 3 came with the intake and has the tunes for it, so it would be easier to sell as a kit, but the tuner i would like to use for the dyno tune only uses SCT. a diablo predator(brand new) came with the kit, but i may end up just selling it.

i haven't checked if there is a tune on the diablo. can i plug it in to check when i have a xcal3 tune loaded on the car?
