What if you don't have the money for the real thing but like the way they look? It's a bit cheaper to buy the body kit than to buy an actual roush. Thoughts?

Well I dont know how much cheaper it would be if you have to upgrade a Mustang GT to an actual Roush, which includes INTERIOR, EXTERIOR, and Engine Mods... pretty much mods all around.
I dont think it makes you poser as long as you've got the engine to back you up.
For example there are people out there that have a full GT500 "conversion," they've got the body kit, hoods, and plenty of engine power, if not more than a stock GT500... IMO those converted cars are GT500's... but it costs a lot of money to do a full conversion for anything (Roush, Saleen, Shelby).
You've got to worry about paint, prep, parts, and if you cant DIY then installation. If you do a full conversion I dont know how much cheaper it would actually be?!?

if the roush look is what want then i say go for it

I say put whatever body kit on your car that you want, but don't put the Roush badging on and/or refer to it as a Roush.

u can put all the badges you want. u can refer to it as a roush if you want also. It dont matter. As long as your happy who cares. but if u want my opinion, while ur at it, pop supercharger in it so it can beat GTs at least

Its like fake ******* IMO...they look good, feel good and only experts know the difference, so who cares if it aint the real deal

ChiDiddy is right. Build it, badge it, do as you like. You pay "lots" for it either way and the only difference is who does the work. We just have to represent them as they are in any sale options.

It's your car, do what you want. Who cares what other people think. As long as you're happy, that's all that matters.
